RETURNS

IF A KUDU PRODUCT ISN'T RIGHT FOR YOUR SKIN, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST FOR STORE CREDIT, AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. WE REGRET THAT SAMPLES AND TRIAL SIZES ARE INEGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT, EXCHANGE OR A REFUND.

YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR SENT TO YOU IN ERROR. FOR EXCHANGES YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO PAY THE NEW POSTAGE COSTS.

ON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED GOODS WE WILL GIVE YOU A STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AGAINST THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ITEMS ARE PACKED SECURELY TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE OCCURRING IN TRANSIT ON RETURN.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE OPENING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT. IF YOU FOUND YOU ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, OR WE SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU RETURN IT IN ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM KUDU COSMETICA ARE MADE PURSUANT TO SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ONCE A PACKAGE HAS BEEN COLLECTED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.
