SHIPPING + RETURNS
We partner with some of South Africa's leading courier companies. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please make sure that all the address and contact details you've provided us are correct to ensure they can get to you quickly! Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.
Your order will be processed within 1 business day of receiving payment. Once we've dispatched, deliveries to South African main centres are quite quick - usually within 2-3 working days. Outside of main centres, the time may vary and can sometimes take up to a week.
Courier delivery is free on all orders in South Africa over R500. If you order less than R500 your delivery fee will be R75 in South Africa.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update to the current status. If you order is substantially delayed, or if you have a question about your order's delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us.

All international orders ship via registered mail and are expected to arrive within 7-15 working days. International delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Orders include tracking information and can be traced online. The fee for international shipping is approximetely $ 37 USD
For purchases outside of South Africa, Kudu Cosmetica is not responsible for taxes, customs charges and duties levied by the receiving country. We do not accept returns on International orders.
If a Kudu product isn't right for your skin, we will gladly accept your request for store credit, an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product. if you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in the original packaging.
You will have to pay for the return shipping unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. for exchanges you will also need to pay the new shipping costs.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a store credit or a refund of the amount paid for the products. refunds will be made against the original form of payment.
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.
Only items purchased on the Kudu Cosmetica website can be returned to kuducosmetica.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
