Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact our Customer Care Team here with your order number to start the return process. Our Customer Care Team will provide return instructions within 3 business days of your request.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping costs of their original order, which are non-refundable.
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.
Only items purchased on the Kudu Cosmetica website can be returned to kuducosmetica.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether it is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
