REFUND POLICY

If a Kudu product isn't right for your skin, we will gladly accept your request for store credit, an exchange or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Please check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product. if you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please make sure you return it in the original packaging. 

You will have to pay for the return shipping unless the product is defective or sent to you in error. for exchanges you will also need to pay the new shipping costs.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will give you a store credit or a refund of the amount paid for the products. refunds will be made against the original form of payment.

Return via courier: Please contact us on connect@kuducosmetica.com and we will arrange a collection within 3 to 5 working days. Ensure the return is packaged in a box to protect the items during transit. Once the items have been received and assessed at our DC your refund will be generated.Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage occurring in transit on return.

Only items purchased on the Kudu Cosmetica website can be returned to kuducosmetica.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
