HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We partner with some of South Africa's leading courier companies (The Courier Guy, RAM etc.). They will deliver your order directly to you.
If you require an alternative shipping method, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your need!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST (SA)?
- Standard shipping on orders is R75
- Standard Shipping on orders R500 or more is FREE
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
- Delivered in two-to-four working days, between 8am + 5pm for main centres: CPT, JHB, PTA
- Up to seven working days for regional and remote areas
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders submitted on kuducosmetica.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
DOES KUDU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! The fee for international shipping is US$ 37
All international orders ship via DHL or UPS and are expected to arrive within 4-10 working days. International delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Orders include tracking information and can be traced online.
For purchases outside of South Africa, Kudu Cosmetica is not responsible for taxes, customs charges and duties levied by the receiving country. We do not accept returns on International orders.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Only items purchased on the Kudu Cosmetica website can be returned to kuducosmetica.com. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Reach out to our Customer Care Team here with your order number to start the return process. Our Customer Care Team will provide return instructions within 3 business days of your request.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
Reach out to our Customer Support Team here with your order number and a picture of the product that you have received and we will assist in sending the correct item out to you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
